How does the free tier work?
The free tier gives you a demo API key immediately — no credit card, no waitlist. You get 10 scoring requests per day, full JSON responses, and access to all documentation. It's designed for integration testing and evaluation.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month — cancel any time from your Stripe dashboard and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What counts as an API call?
One call to /api/v1/score-resume counts as one API call. Cache hits (same resume + job description) don't count against your limit — they're free.
What's included in batch scoring?
Pro includes a batch endpoint that accepts up to 50 resume/job pairs in a single request. Results are returned asynchronously via webhook or polling — ideal for ATS sync jobs and bulk candidate pipelines.
How do webhooks work?
Register a webhook URL in your dashboard. When a score is ready (especially for async batch jobs), we POST the full result to your endpoint. Includes signature verification for security.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The free tier covers evaluation — most teams prototype their full integration on it before upgrading. If you need higher limits for a specific evaluation period, reach out and we'll sort it out.
